FREEDOM QUEEN LIVE ROUND TABLE SPEAKER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation as a Round Table Speaker at the Freedom Queen Live event. By submitting your application and, if accepted, submitting payment, you agree to the following terms outlined by Move and Manifest LLC dba Freedom Queen ("Host").

EVENT DETAILS

Freedom Queen Live will be held at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida from November 20 to November 23, 2025 (the "Event").

1. ENGAGEMENT & GUIDELINES

1.1. As a Round Table Speaker, you will facilitate a 90-minute discussion to educate and inspire attendees while embodying the leadership standards and values of Freedom Queen.

1.2. You agree to act professionally, refrain from using profanity or derogatory language, and represent the Freedom Queen brand with integrity and respect.

1.3. You agree to follow all onsite guidelines and expectations provided by the Host.

1.4. You agree to uphold the ideals of Freedom Queen, including leadership, power, movement-building, and integrity.

2. WHAT YOU RECEIVE

As a Round Table Speaker, you will receive:

-A 90-minute round table speaking slot at Freedom Queen Live

-Promotion on the Freedom Queen website

-Promotion via Freedom Queen’s Instagram account

-Official announcement as a Round Table Speaker to the Freedom Queen audience

-Two (2) complimentary Gold tickets to attend Freedom Queen Live

-A professionally designed Table with your name and topic

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1. Upon acceptance, you agree to pay the full amount of $5K. This fee is required and non-refundable.

3.2. No further compensation or reimbursement will be provided.

4. PROMOTION & SELLING

4.1. Selling, pitching, or promoting any offers, services, or products during the Event is strictly prohibited.

4.2. You may distribute business cards, QR codes, materials, gifts, ect. for free at your table or within the event space with prior written approval from the Host.

4.3. You are recommended to promote your Round Table to encourage people to attend your session. As a Round Table Speaker you have the unique opportunity to be seen, provide value, and move your audience. Freedom Queen will promote your Round Table to the Freedom Queen audience but it is your responsibility to get people to your Table. The more you promote, the more people will attend your session and the better your session will be.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1. You agree not to disclose private information related to the Host, other speakers, event structure, or attendees.

5.2. Discussions about the event’s production schedule or internal strategy with attendees is not permitted.

6. MEDIA RIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1. You grant the Host full rights to record, photograph, and publish your image, name, and likeness for promotional use.

6.2. All content you provide must be your original material or properly licensed.

6.3. You may not bring your own film or photography team without written consent.

7. BEHAVIOR & LIABILITY

7.1. You agree to conduct yourself professionally and uphold the energy, decorum, and exclusivity of the Freedom Queen brand.

7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims resulting from your conduct or content shared at the Event.

8. SCHEDULING

8.1. You will be provided with a scheduled time for your round table, which is subject to change by the Host.

8.2. Missing or arriving late to your scheduled session may result in forfeiture of your speaking opportunity.

9. PUBLICITY GUIDELINES

9.1. The Host may use your name, image, and biography to promote your participation.

9.2. You may not use the Freedom Queen logo, event branding, or likeness without written approval.

10. ABOUT FREEDOM QUEEN LIVE

10.1. Freedom Queen Live is the premier high-level leadership and business event hosted by Bridget James Ling, designed for women building movements, generating wealth, and embodying influence.

10.2. This is an energetic, transformative, and exclusive event—not a standard business conference. Speakers are expected to lead with vision, power, and magnetic presence.

10.3. The Host reserves the right to curate the speaker lineup and overall experience to preserve the integrity and elevated standard of the Freedom Queen brand.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting your application and confirming your participation through payment (if accepted), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. No signature is required.
