Olivia Sautereau
Olivia Sautereau is a French entrepreneur, speaker and movement builder known for redefining what success looks like for women leaders.
She built Leader d’Elite, a multi-million premium international movement dedicated to women who are ready to lead with both ambition and elegance. She celebrated $1M cash in 2025 with 6000 followers on Instagram. Her family is at the Heart of her Mission: her 14 years of marriage and homeschooled child.
Olivia blends culture, aesthetics and business strategy to help women transform their expertise into influential and highly profitable movements.
For more than a decade, she has mentored visionary entrepreneurs who desire to build Premium Movement that are both financially powerful and culturally meaningful.
Since 2024 she has been involved in the Freedom Queen Movement : speaker at the Go First Event in London, gathering 44 women with the French Revolution in FQL and head speaker in Audacious Dubaï. She opens possibilities on how to be vulnerable and ambitious as a French Leader.

In 2021 I attended my first ever business conference, I didn't feel qualified to be in the room, I hadn't made my first $100K in business yet, I knew no one there, I put down my credit card for two tickets for $997 each.
When I walked into the hotel lobby I had a panic attack because I didn't feel like I was good enough to be in that room. I just knew that God called me to be inside of that space. As I wore my "rookie" badge, sat in the chair surrounded by hundreds of business owners, I felt God tap me on my shoulder and say "one day you're going to host events like this"
I didn't know the how or the way. I just knew that my life was changed that day. I went on a mission to create what is now a multi million dollar company Freedom Queen.
In 2024 the first ever Freedom Queen Live happened and as I stood there looking out at the hundreds of women in the audience, I cried because I thought of the woman who was brave enough to go to her first ever event. and thank God that she did. Because that led to us building a Multi Million Dollar Company, reaching thousands of women around the world to become Freedom Queens, helping my clients turn their yearly revenue into their new monthly, weekly, and daily.
& they are now getting their voices out into the world.
Freedom Queen Live isn't just a conference it's an expansion portal. It's a place for you to come back to year after year. It will serve a mile markers in your journey of your life.
